Return, Exchanges & Refund Methods:
We confidently stand behind the quality of our products and services, striving to provide you with an exceptional experience. Our commitment revolves around fair and reasonable treatment of our customers, and we trust that you will reciprocate accordingly.
In instances where you have not received your item(s) or have identified quality concerns, we will be fully responsible, after a thorough investigation.
Exchanges:

Returns:
Please keep in mind that Customers are responsible for covering the return fee.
For credit card purchases, refunds will be processed within a few business days, reflecting on the subsequent statement. Consider the processing time of the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you request an exchange, your account will be billed for the new item and credited for the returned product.
Unfortunately, original shipping charges cannot be refunded for exchange requests.
International Refunds:
International orders require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form for refunded merchandise. Contact our Customer Service team to obtain this form. Refunds for international orders include duties, taxes, and tariffs when accompanied by the RMA form. Returns lacking the RMA form may not receive the complete refund. We cannot offer free returns or merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. You can learn more about International Returns.
Refund Acceptance Policy:
We accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase for unused or unaltered merchandise, accompanied by the original price tag, receipt, or packing slip.
Complete refunds are NOT granted in the following circumstances:
- Instances where delays are caused by the buyer providing inaccurate or incomplete delivery information.
- Delivery delays due to unforeseenincidents, including natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, and acts of war.
- Uninsured orders that are lost or stolen during transit.
- Delays in delivery caused by factors beyond LESUUSA's control, such as public holidays and Customs-related issues.
