1. How long does it takes to ship?
Dear Sir/Madam, there are three conditions in shipment. And we will provide shipment policy details for the three conditions in the following:

1). The product you purchase is available in our USA stock or Chinese stock. There will be 1-3 days for handling the parcel.
*We ship your parcel from our Chinese stock. It will take 7-15 business days for the shipment. Pls contact us if you want a expedited shipping.
*We ship your parcel from our USA stock. We will pack your parcel from our local store. It will take 3-7 business days.
Warm tips: The international buyers will need to bear the postage fee, customs tax and sales tax. We recommend you contact us or your local states for these fees if you are not familiar with it. For international buyers, we generally ship your parcel from our Chinese stock which could save our customers some fees.

We would like to give our international buyers a best offer. Therefore, your mesage and requirements are much appreciated. 

2) You purchase a customized/preordered product.
Generally, it will take 7-30 days for processing the product and 7-15 business days for shipment. You can expect your parcel in 30-40 days. Your contact about more details before placing an order is recommended. Thanks.

3) You purchase a product and want to upgrade it.
A upgrading service is supported by our Chinese store. Therefore, we will ship your product from China if you want upgrade your items. It will take 3-15 days for the upgrading and 7-15 business days for shipment. You can expect your parcel in 20-30 days.

2. How much does it costs for the shipment?
1) For some products, you can find your postage fee in the checkout process.
2) For other international buyer, pls kindly contact us first for relative fees before placing an order.
