#Feature:
1.90% metal construction with a highly detailed ABS cab and 6x6 metal chassis. A 3-speed gearbox and all-metal axles with differential locks provide stable operation across various terrains. CNC-machined high-strength aluminum alloy wheels offer solid support, while specially molded rubber tires replicate real engineering tire tread for reliable traction on both flat and uneven surfaces.
2.The hydraulic Timber Crane features a flip-up simulated cab with a fully enclosed ABS interior and matte finish for a highly realistic appearance. The long-log trailer come with dedicated electric winch supports bidirectional cable control for smooth towing and recovery operations. High-detail matte ABS mudguards help reduce mud, water, and debris splash while enhancing the realistic look of the engineering vehicle.
3.The EL-007 integrated light and sound system features 26 LED lights, 2 warning lights, and a simulated sound module. Designed around the operating logic of real engineering vehicles, it provides work lighting, warning signals, and operating sounds for a more realistic driving and working experience.
4.An independent hydraulic system integrates an oil pump, oil tank, 8ch directional valve, relief valve, and pressure monitoring system, with 80% of the hydraulic workstation piping made from copper and welded construction. 11 hydraulic cylinders drive the main functions, including the log boom, grapple, and slewing mechanism, enabling smooth and precise multi-function operation. Hydraulic outriggers help stabilize the vehicle during lifting operations. The 270 degree rotating hydraulic grapple supports wide-angle opening and flexible adjustment for different log shapes. The log boom uses dual hydraulic cylinders and synchronized dual-side rack drive for 360 degree rotation, providing smooth and precise slewing for lifting, gripping, loading, and unloading operations.
5.After loading wood, the logs can be secured with adjustable tie-down straps according to the log size and transport conditions. Lift the locking mechanism and turn the winch clockwise to release or extend the strap. No unlocking is required for tightening. Turn the winch counterclockwise to retract the strap while the locking mechanism maintains tension, helping prevent the logs from loosening, shifting, or slipping during transport.
6.The long-log trailer features a rotating-frame locking mechanism with lock and free-rotation modes for different transport conditions. The rotating frame supports multi-angle adjustment, while the dual-side telescopic support arms provide height adjustment for different log sizes and load capacities. An electronic quick-connect interface allows fast connection and disconnection between the vehicle and trailer, improving assembly and operation efficiency while recreating the loading, transport, and unloading process of a real log-hauling vehicle.
